Reiki training

Reiki (Japanese for "Universal Energy") is a form of natural healing developed 100 years ago in Japan by Dr Mikao Usui. Reiki is used for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing, addressing the whole person and helping them regain harmony and wholeness of being.

The practitioner is a channel through which universal life-energy is drawn; it then flows to areas of need in the recipient, soothing pain and supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself. Reiki can safely be used in conjunction with both conventional medicine and complementary therapies, and is suitable for both adults and children.

As well as Reiki Healing I also offer training in Reiki.

Level 1

This is the foundation training in Reiki. After this you will be able to treat yourself and offer treatments to friends and family.

Levels 2 & 3

These level of training (also known as attunements or initiations) takes your Reiki practice to a deeper level. After this you will be a qualified Reiki practitioner.

Master

If you wish to go beyond practitioner level and teach your own students, I can take you right up to Master level.
