About Me

I am a qualified nurse and practiced for over 30 years, including 22 years as a domiciliary (visiting) sexual health nurse specialist in the deprived areas of SW London. I have been using alternative therapies for over 25 years, and my interest eventually led me to train as a Bach Flower Remedy practitioner in 2000. I went on to train as a Reiki practitioner, and have been a Reiki master and teacher since 2005.

I was led to study Kinesiology as a result of my own health problems. My journey can be read on Alison Manos' kinesiology website. I completed my training in Systematic Kinesiology in 2010.

I am committed to an ongoing journey of personal and professional development. I have spent several years exploring Family Constellations, a solution-focused way of resolving seemingly intractable personal, relationship and family difficulties. I have also studied EFT, Matrix Energetics, the Sedona Method, Hopi candling, meditation and Shamanic healing. A session may incorporate any of these methods and techniques, uniquely blended to each client. Every session is always solution-focused.

I live my life to the full - the Loving Magically way. I enjoy salsa, wild swimming (in the sea and at the open-air Tooting Lido!) and touring Britain in my ancient and much-loved campervan. I have three children, 2 adult daughters and a teenage son, and one grandson. I live with my partner, son and 2 cats in South West London, where I have created a beautiful bower of a healing room in my garden, offering a lovely, safe and secluded space surrounded by nature.
